Privacy Policy
SponsorGraph, operated by Apex Talent Group, Melbourne, Australia. Last updated 9 September 2026.
What SponsorGraph is
SponsorGraph is an internal research tool used by the Apex Talent Group team to understand which brands sponsor which YouTube creators. It is not offered to the public. Access requires a password issued by Apex Talent Group.
Use of YouTube API Services
SponsorGraph uses YouTube API Services to read publicly available information about YouTube channels and videos. By using SponsorGraph you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
SponsorGraph does not ask anyone to sign in with a Google account and does not request access to any private, non-public or authorised YouTube data. It never uploads, edits, comments, rates, or otherwise acts on YouTube on anyone's behalf.
Data we collect from YouTube
For public channels that our team adds or discovers, SponsorGraph stores: channel id, channel name and handle, subscriber, video and view counts, channel description, country and language where YouTube publishes them; video ids, titles, descriptions, publish dates, view, like and comment counts, durations and thumbnail URLs. From video descriptions we derive which brands sponsored a video. We compute our own metrics from these figures, such as median views and the share of sponsored uploads, and label them as our own calculations.
Stored YouTube data is refreshed whenever a channel is rescanned and channel statistics are refreshed at least every 30 days. Data about a channel that no longer exists on YouTube, or that YouTube no longer returns, is removed on the next refresh.
Other data
Our team may record contact details of employees at sponsoring brands (name, job title, business email, LinkedIn profile) obtained from public sources or business databases, and notes about outreach. This information concerns brands, not creators or viewers, and is used only to contact those brands about sponsorship opportunities.
The site keeps a session cookie so that a signed-in team member stays signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
How data is used and shared
Data is used solely by the Apex Talent Group team to research sponsorship activity and to prepare and track outreach to brands on behalf of the creators we represent. We do not sell, license, or redistribute YouTube data, and we do not display it to the public. YouTube data is not combined with other sources to profile private individuals.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while it is useful for our work and deleted when it is not. Any creator can ask us to remove their channel and videos from SponsorGraph, and any brand employee can ask us to remove their contact details, by emailing imam@apextalentgrp.com. Requests are actioned within 7 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and protected by a password. API credentials are stored server-side only.
